i am having BIB BIG probs with my EPSON STYLUS C20UX printer. i am trying inastall but all i get is DEVICE INSTALLATION ERROR setup cannot load the installer {epusbci.dll} for the Epson USB printer hardware being installed

It could be corrupt, but it could be some other issue as well. An easy way to check it out would be to go the Epson website and download the driver, then try to install that. If that doesn't work, it is some other problem.

Depending on what version of Windoze you are running, I would probably check Device Manager after booting into safe mode to see if you have anything odd going on with printer or other drivers.

Another way to try is to copy the CD to your hard drive. (Just make sure that all view all files and folders are selected) Then try installation and point to folder you just made.

i took all epson stuff off and reinstalled printer and all is gr8 thx all for the help
