I have just returned from holiday ad was attacked by the latest virus before I knew it, as a result the only way round was to format and reload Win2k. All is well except that my two installed ATA drives are shown as SCSI. I have put on SP2 and downloaded the intel drive companion (P3 with Intel D815EEA board) but still no luck. Can anyone help as this is slowing down boot times and producing errors..

Tried the uninstall method, no go still showing as SCSI.. Had this probelm before when I frist installed win2k and somehow found the fix, but I cant remember how or what did it!!!!
HELP!!!!
have you installed the motherboard drivers?
Since you updated the service pack, you may need the whole Intel driver package in addition to the Drive Companion......
