I work for a small non profit and try my best to keep their network going. Something has occured to the accounting girls computer that has me really stumped. It is a win 98 pent 200 128 ram local built PC. Its been in use a couple years now. Two days ago she was unable to go anywhere on the web adn hasnt been able to since. No email nothing. I can see the local network fine and access everything. No new software has been added in the last week at least. ie explorer just states the page cant be displayed. Net 4.77 states that it cant make a network socket connection that there may be insufficient system resources or network is down. I did a virus scan with norton, unchecked everything in msconfig and system states 88 percent free. No conflicts in the manager. Basically everything seems normal except not being able to access the internet. The network is on a dsl line and no other computers are having the problem. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this one?
Thanks,
James

this will give you a good formate to go by I'D really look at a network componet swap to start. When you scroal down to the graphs click on one put your cursur on one of the blue dots it will bring up a magnifier.
