i have a hp 6643 power stays on doesnt boot have to uplug it from the back to turn off. the light stays on when plug in from the back i check the hd ok.no nothing just the fans and the light

My guess is either a video problem or a memory problem....are getting any beeps?

Have you done anything lately like install new hardware or an pdate of the BIOS?

CPU expired?

Take off a side cover and see what the Fan on the Heatsink for the CPU is doing.
