just built a computer,i cannot get it to startup.will not powerup. have try new power supply but no prevail.system has fic pa-2013 motherboard with k6-2 450 cpu socket 7. have recheck all the jumpers.
any suggestion.

Are there any fans running...or LEDs, that would indicate that the MB has power to it.

I think it's the processor causing the problem. But then again, I have been known to be wrong once or twice or maybe a couple thousand times.
