Hi,

I'm helping a friend out with his old machine, we're looking to upgrade her RAM.

this (http://www.msi.com.tw/program/products/mainboard/mbd/pro_mbd_detail.php?UID=116) is the mobo. (it comes in two editions, "E" en "not E", but that matters not ram-wise I think)

It says on the site I can use 64Mbit or 128Mbit ram, but on the shop-sites, I find no reference to this. What I did find is double sided vs single sided ram, is that what is meant? Or do I have to figure in the pc100 / pc133 stuff as well somehow?

Any insights apreciated.

Go to www.crucial.com, select MSI, enter the MB's model, and it will tell you what types of RAM are compatible with that MB.
