Please more information....
We can't tell much about what is going on without some history and specs. Questions:
Have you recently installed any new hardware/software??
Do you have good antivirus protection that is updated regularly??
Were there any symptoms prior to the complete failure??
What are the computer specs and how old is it??
Has it been cleaned out recently??
What troubleshooting have you already done.
The more you tell us, the more likely we can help...
It could be as simple as bad keyboard connection or as complicated as a dying motherboard.....

Hi Budfred,
1.I did not add Hardware/ Software.
2.No Antivirus installed.
3.No symptoms prior the complete failure.
4.It's a HP VE computer. OS is Win 95. 3-4 years old.
5.I tried to boot it up to the floppy system disk but it won't boot. Possibly the BIOS setup ( Booting priority ), but I cannot go to BIOS setup to change the Booting priority ( boot to A: drive ). I checked the power supply found good. Disconnected the CDROM drive and the Floppy drive but the monitor always shows Press F2 to set up but when press the F2, there was no action.
Pls assist.
Regards,
Mike

You could try resetting the BIOS, you don't usually need to put the A: drive first in the boot order and it is usually there by default, so it shouldn't make a difference.
To reset the BIOS you can either find the Clear CMOS jumper, pull it from the 2 pins it is on and put it on the middle and other end pin OR you can unplug the computer, remove the battery on the motherboard and press the power button to discharge the capacitors. If that doesn't work, you are going to have to do some more extensive troubleshooting.
HP VE appears to be a Vectra, but there are a bunch of models of Vectra computers, so you need to be more specific if we are going to find any useful info about it..... Being concise is nice, but we still need more info to help.....
