If you have a Maxtor or Western Digital Drive, use the software that comes with it and it will guide you through the process of FDISK and format and do all of the work for you. Piece of Cake....

Seagate also has software that will set up the drive, just not as elegant as the other two.

Well I'll try to find out where can I get that software for seagate coz it didn't comes with my HD
