I am looking for an image converter, preferably free.

I want to convert "FLA" "SWF" to Mpg or AVI files. If this is possible does anyone know where I can get my hands on one?

ErnieK Is not possible to export movie, in flash, and choose what file type.ie AVI? or are you trying to convert clips and scripts ?

yes I am trying to import clips into Moviemaker, (which has to be AVI or MPG) and I need to convert to AVI or MPG if possible. I have downloaded the swf2avi and will give it a shot later.

I manage to convert the clip using the free app. It converts without sound, but overcame that by playing the clip and holding the mike to the speakers and recorded with Sound recorder.

Clip and sound now sitting snuggly in MovieMaker.

It lets others know that the program works and that the only problem is with sound retention in the converted file, and how to work round it.
