I have an NEC AS70BK 17" CRT monitor. It was a very nice monitor. It's only about 18 months old but it has become so blurry that it's worthless.

Can this be fixed?

Probably, if you know someone who can do it!
Monitor repairs are frequently much more expensive than buying a new one.
This may actually only a matter of adjustment, but it needs someone who knows what they are doing.

And do not try it yourself, as a jolt with 25,000 volts often offends!:eek:

First thing I would check for is to see if the is a Focus control...

Then, find out how to run a degauss cycle.

Both of those should be in the manual.
