How do I go about checking the temperature on my CPU?

Hi GoofyGirl. This is a free monitor program for via chipsets, not sure if it will work with other chipsets. Go here http://www.matsonic.com/download_via.htm and look for the monitor.exe program at about mid page. Hope this helps.

Depending on your Bios it might also be possible to check through that.

Here is Another site www.members.brabant.chello.nl/~a.vankaam/mbm/ (http://www.members.brabant.chello.nl/~a.vankaam/mbm/) on it you find a free utility Motherboard Monitor 4.18 it gives you constant temp. voltege and fan speed.Try it.
