i will be recording music editing ETC i plan on doing a lot of recording and mixing sound editing so i'm looking for a one that can handling the load without crashing and good sound creating features.

Try the M-Audio Revolution 7.1 or the Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy2 ZS, in that order. The standard Audigy2 ZS is a little cheaper, but I think the Revolution 7.1 would do better at what you want.
