My friend has Win 2000 installed, and I use Win 98, now when we`re logged onto our WORKGROUP, I can see him but he can`t see my computer, but we can play games on the network when I`am hosting (so he can connect to mine even though his computer can`t see any further than his own machine)....he just can`t see out. (and I have file & printer enabled, with shared devices) we can all see each other except him.( he can`t see anything) http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

My two machines are running 98se with FAT formated drives, my friend is running 2000 with NTFS formated drives.
