hi, i desparately need help.
i am trying to play the game championship manager and i have installed and played it for several days with no problems but my cd rom drive seems unable to read from the cd sometimes and i have insert over and over again.

however, now i can't even load a saved game. when loading is almost done, the whole program closes.

i then realise that when i click on my computer to see the contents of the drive, i no longer see the football icon that accompany the game .exe file. however now the icon is just a window icon.

from the little i know, i thought maybe the registry is not recognising the game file anymore, is this the case?

what can i do?

i am on windows 95.

Does the CD-ROM see other CD's? Is the game a Trial or Demo Version? Who makes the game?
