Hi Folks.

When trying to open certain files, namely jpg, into a word document some convert succesfully but others dont, the ones that dont give me the unknown format message.
I have tried every program on the drop down list to open these pics without success.
I know the pics are ok because i can view them in the likes of Photo Plus etc.
Any suggestions !:confused:
