I had pc with the following specification
Motherboard gigabyte GA-60X, CPU Intel 850MHz, RAM 128Kb
And I upgrade CPU to 1.1GHz
The problem now is during pc working there is short beep sound start suddenly and stop suddenly and restart again and so on.
Please advice the reason of this problem.

I would first check and see if the motherboard is capable of handling the cpu. Double check all your jumpers. Make sure cpu and heat shrink are tight. My gigbyte,GA-7ZX did the same thing. I had to go to bios and disable the auto temperature control, which I hated to do. One day before year is up they will get this motherboard back and fix a few things. I can only get a little over 500 mb memory. Best to you and post back if all this does not work. And a big Welcome to you.
