is this a forum of users that want to guess the things or is an exclusively technical forum for technicians????

We have a wide variety of skills and interests here. If you want to learn, just browse the forums and the FAQ until you feel comfortable to post. If you answer posts please use your knowledge and experience unless you want to guess and admit to guessing.

If you post a problem, please post it once in the best forum topic and wait a while for an answer.

Please explain your question. If you want to find out something specific, ask and there will almost certainly be at least one person who knows an answer. Since we are not sitting in front of your computer all answers will be at least partially guesses for your specific problem, although the accuracy of a guess improves dramatically when we are given enough information to work with....
