I sometimes get this bios error:

BIOS ROM checksum error...
Detecting floppy drive A media.
Insert System Disk and Press Enter.

I don't know why this is happening. Sometimes it comes up and sometimes my system boots up fine. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
