Go to Start/Settings/Control Panel/Network, in the 'Primary Network Logon' box select 'Windows Logon' instead of 'Client For MS Networks', restart the computer.

Are you asking about the Password screen in Windows or the password for the system boot / post ?

If the bios password is set for Boot.
You should enter the bios setup and go to the password setting .
From there you can remove the bios password by not entering a new one.
It should ask for old password and then don’t enter anything in the new password field
