Hi:

I have a system that is running PrintMaster software. When a user tries to add clipart to a document, sometimes the image shows and other times it does not. If you take an image that is not showing and double the size you can see it, but it disappears as soon as you return to the original size.

I have reinstalled the program and the video driver without success. Any ideas?

It appears that if you have the version you can look up troubleshooting that is applicable...

If you post back the version, perhaps we can find more...

I beleive it is PrintMaster 20.

I was at the Broderbund site earlier but did not see anything. Does not mean I didn't miss it.
