I've got a Dimm module with chips marked:
GS
GMS64808AA00-7G
I think it's an "ancient" GoldStar server module. GoldStar is now Hyundai. Their database doesn't seem to go as far back as this module. The above chip number is not on the Net (or UseNet). The sequence GMMS64808... would identify it as an 8Mx64, 1k refresh, 3.3v EDO 'Smart' module (does this make sense?). As it has 16 chips it could be a 128Meg. I haven't tried it in a puter yet (dunno whether it could do "harm"!)
Any info would be appreciated.
