I added a New AMD cpu to my com, amd1.3 to amd2000 and I went into the bios to change the speed, 166/133. After I rebooted it, will not start up. What did I do wrong

Just curious are you sure that the motherboard can take the the change in speed?
Also can it handle the new chip?
Do you have any documentation for it?

Had the same thing happen to me with my AMD but it happened when I got up to 200 as the FSB.

Thanks folks I got it fixed. To reset the bios change the jumper for just a second then change it back. It resets the settings then the speed can be changed safely.
