a friend of mine has a problem with his scanner, everytime after he uses the printer the scanner wont work. Error message says "Port may be used by another device"
please help

Could you possibly supply mor einfo? OS (WIn98 - XP?) and whether the scanner is USB serial or what. Also is the printer and scanner connected together etc.
