Different amount of RAM can show up if your system shares RAM between the main RAM and graphics.
Could you please give us some more details of your problem, plus operating system, motherboard type/make, any cards (sound etc) you have installed - your post is a bit difficult to understand.

Your mobo was apparently made by PC Chips, has VIA's P4M266 chipset, and an AGP 4x slot. Your problems don't make much sense. You should have 192MB of RAM, but you only have 96MB showing up. To make things even more complex, your onboard Savage4 graphics can only use 32MB of system RAM max. Unless...
Are you trying to use both SDRAM and DDR at the same time? If so, don't. You can't do that. You can only use one type of RAM at a time. That's the only way it makes sense. If the 128MB stick is being used by the system (it's ignoring the 64MB stick of the other type) then 32MB is used by the onboard Savage4 and you have your 96MB of RAM.
As for that Rage 128 Pro, it could be that the BIOS is getting confused with two types of RAM and isn't initializing the AGP card. Or, the BIOS isn't set to use an AGP card instead of the onboard video. Try disabling that in the BIOS. Also, you might want to DL the latest drivers (http://www.pcchips.com.tw/PCCWeb/Downloads/ProductsDetail_Download.aspx?categoryid=1&typeid=3&detailid=86&DetailName=Driver&DetailDesc=M925(V1.3)&MenuID=0&LanID=0) for your mobo, just in case.
