Can anyone help me with getting my speeds up to or close to effective clock rates as seen below? MY CPU is AMD AthlonXP 3000+. The settings below are provided by AIDA32 and are default values after resetting the CMOS. If my system can run at 200Mhz ( current default setting ) I would assume it should run at 200Mhz all the time with the proper CPU speed. But if I change the BIOS to 200 FSB or change Clock frequency or Muliplier settings I have no video. Any serious help would be appreciated. All hardware and OS files and drivers are current and up to date as of this post. :(

The Athlon XP 3000+ runs at 333 MHz FSB(166 MHz x 2), and 2167 MHz internal speed.
So you should set the CPU bus speed to 166 MHz, and the multiplier to 13.
Another option is to set it to Auto, and BIOS should then configure it correctly.

Also, set the 'CPU to PCI Divider' setting to 5, if necessary.

And if you're using PC 2700 DDR RAM(or faster), then set its clock speed to 166 MHz.

PC3200 DDR RAM 400Mhz. When I set the clock speed to 166 MHz I have no video.

Did you try the 'Auto' setting for 'CPU Frequency'?

Did you try the 'By SPD' setting for 'DRAM Clock'?

Did you change any of the other settings after resetting CMOS?

Yes. I changed the voltage on my CPU and Video. But still have no video. I know the card has to be good because it runs on the default values if I reset the CMOS. Ram is PC3200 DDR 400MHZ.

I changed the voltage on my CPU and Video.
What do you mean? And why would you change the voltages from their default values?

Agree with saphalline.
There's no reason to change the voltage for the CPU and video card.

See what happens if you use the Auto setting for the CPU, and do not change anything else after resetting CMOS.

When I change the FSB to 166 vs. 133 I get no video. I changed the voltage of my Video card and my ram and it still makes no difference. All other settings are at there default values after resetting my CMOS. If SOYO is so tweakable or overclockable then where's the video? :(
