help, i keep getting this message. any ideas??? i have norton utilities and i have tried the scan and defragment programs. but i just keep getting the message "error writing to cluster on drive c - 202946. thanks!!!

1. Open ScanDisk
2. Select Thorough for the test type.
3. Click Options.
4. Select "System and data areas."
5. Uncheck the "Do not perform write-testing" and "Do not repair bad sectors in hidden and system files."
6. Click OK.
7. Uncheck "Automatically fix errors."
8. Click Start to begin testing for bad clusters/blocks.
Note how many bad clusters are found. For the first few, write down the location of the bad cluster or block. If there are more than a few bad clusters, then the drive may need replacing.
