I just brought a new harddisk & RAM, after installtion of the harddisk & RAM I install my OS (win98), the following day I tried to turn on my PC but is just got hang.

The power supply fan & proccesser fan both is running, the harddisk LED on my case is on but not blinking, my monitor show " No Signal ". And no matter how many time I off & on it this problem just stay.

My proccesser is Intel P4 733, my RAM is PC133 128MB & as for my harddisk it's a 40G harddisk 7200 rps.

Please help

"No Signal" is a video problem, like the monitor isn't plugged in. Do you hear any beeps when you turn on the computer?

Sounds like it might be a loose connection somewhere.Hearing that you were inside the case, maybe you un-seated a card or cable connection. If this was not a problem before upgrade I would take a look-see inside.Make sure all is tight and check that VGA card!
