Hi,

I have a Canon S750 printer. I was using it yesterday and it was going OK except that it had started banding when it printed black. Then the yellow cartridge ran out, so I changed it and now all colours come out yellow. I just get black, white and yellow with perhaps a hint of the other colours if I'm lucky. I tried changing the cartridge again for another new one, but I still had the same problem. I've tried cleaning and deep cleaning numerous times. Please can someone suggest what I can do to correct it?

Thanks,
Joe

Probably the first thing to do is trouble shoot it on the Cannon site through their support service. Even if you aren't on warranty or a srvice plan, they should help you out.

A quick look at the site: http://www.usa.canon.com/productsupport/crpy10001_10044.html

does not show the model number you posted (S750), so perhaps this model is no longer in production. Use the "Contact" icon to ask for support on it, unless there's a printer wizard on line here.

Good luck

Hi Don,

Thanks for your help. I did e-mail Canon, but I've got it working again now. I replaced the cyan and magenta cartridges and now it's OK. They weren't completely empty and my computer didn't say they needed changing.
