Please could somebody help me with a problem I have with a Samsung CLP-500 Colour Laser Printer - I have been trying to print a custom sized document from word:

width: 8.3"
height: 7.8"
basic text with 1 colour logo

The problem is the printer will only print 3/4 of the page with the rest of the text missing :mad: I have tried every way I can think of to correct this and the help disk from Samsung and their website is of no help. Have tried Technical Assistance and they are going to get back to me (yeah right!).

I have no problems printing other more complex documents in different sizes and small sizes such as badges, labels, envelopes are all OK.

Please, please if there is some out there who has experienced a similar problem and could perhaps help I would really appreciate it.
