I have formated my computer and tried to reistall windows that goes through ok. Then I try and put on my drivers and get this error.

A fatal exception 0E HAS OCCURED AT 0028:C00448EE IN VXD VCACHE (01)
+ 0000019A. The current aplication will be terminated.

What is the problem

Ok got all my drivers installed now. Went to adjust my screen under settings and selected to make changes without restarting and got another error.

A fatal exception 06 has occured at 0028:Co284F1C in VXD VWIN32(05)
+ 00002114.

A little more system and background info might help.
*System specs
*What version Windows
*New build or reinstall
Does this happen with a particular action or just randomly?
Anything else you can think of would help alot.
