Hey, first of all I'm a major computer buliding noob, but I catch on fast so thanks for the help.

Today I bought a semi-barebone pc and installed a few things, after tinkering for a little while, I noticed a few things I have questions about:
1. What kind of rack do I need to install my DVD drives in?
2. What cables 3 cables will plug into my first DVD-R drive
3. What cables 3 cables will plug into my second DVD drive
4. What cables will plug into my floppy drive
7. Which drivers should I install first? (mobo, hard drive, windows xp....)
8. Anything else that you think I need to know while I'm putting the computer together

Thanks a lot for the help, I really appreciate it..

Optical drives usually just slide into the case and are secured with a couple of screws; if there is a need for a rack it depends on the case; there is always foam and duct tape.

Generally all those drive just need a ribbon ide/atapi cable (40/80 wire) and a molex 4point power connector. The floppy cables are essentially smaller versions of the same.

Connect the correct end of the ribbon cable to the mobo and the other end to the master. The slave fits on the middle connector of the cable. If the floppy light stays on the ribbon cable is the wrong way round. The ide/atapi should be jumpered as master and slave etc or both as cable select if that is supported (which it usually is with 80wire cables).

The drivers should be standard and self installing once you install the OS.
