Today I deceided to open up my PC, to see how upgradeable it is
I removed the graphics card and CPU for some reason. Graphics card is all I went to look at really. Well I put it all back, perfect as far as I could tell. When I try to boot it up, there is no display and a series of continuos sound pulses.

I checkd out the symptoms on a PC doctor website and it associated it with the graphics or memory. Probably a dislodged graphics card they said. Seen as thats one of the only things I touched thought it was that. So I took it apart again and tryed reinserting it. Same problem. It's a Geforce ti4200 by the way. Can anyone determine if this is the actual problem, and what I will have to do to correct it.

Thanks in advance ;)

Hi thor39, Welcome to PC guide.

Have you fitted the cpu correctly.

Make sure the graphics and memory are seated firmly.

Check all cable connections are firmly fitted.

Thanks Jiggy

I've fixed it now. I tryed refitting it again without luck. But when I opened the CD drive it continued in booting up. Though it was in an extremly low quality picture. After a restart it works even faster than before.

Now I can continue in upgrading

Thank you.
