Im thinking of buying a 19in TFT for games the LG L1915S 19 but it has no dvi connector I hear there is a connection you can get that makes up for it D sub i think its called what is it and where can i get one from. I live in the uk Thanks

It's my understanding that if a monitor does not have a DVI port, then it cannot accept a digital signal, only analog.

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for but there's an adapter called DVI-VGA. It allows you to switch from DVI to D-sub or vice versa.
