Need help with this one, the power is on and that is all and the machine will not shut down either, ie. have to use the wall plug. So there is nothing on the screen.
She just spins up and that is about it. A celeron 500 ab- bh6 mainboard. Basically where can i start.! RAM !

Good idea. In my experience it's usually been either the CPU or the video card or even the wrong type of power supply. I'm not sure what voltage you should have, it may be different in different countries. But In Australia you would need a 230 Volt power supply.
