maxed out? you mean like 2 23" monitors and useless stuff, or like a 3.6ghz 2gb ram?

They are probably both overpriced.
You can send me your money.

money doesn't grow on trees...make that a 60" screenie. Opt for 2gb RAM, and while you're at it, opt for a 1 terabyte hdd.

wrong topic, but...top of the screen, there is a blue bar. Click User Cp and look at the left side for options.
And no, they don't

Thanks, but if it was a desktop, i'd do it myself. And thanks for the info. But still, does anyone know if Alienware or Voodoo are better?

For a more direct answer to your question,
Voodoo and Alienware only make the logos on the case. Either one of these rigs is only as good as the internal components. If you could give us the specs of the components then we could better assess the individual units.
If they both have the same mobo, vid card, processor, sound,… then it is really a matter of which logo you like best.

Good luck with this ;)

Actually, Alienware uses different cases than Voodoo. Alienware cases are cool.

Just checked them out for myself ;)
Man those Alienware cases are sexy, but Voodoo cases are made of Carbon Fiber  NOW THATS IMPORTANT!! :D

OK, the specs r the same, except that the Alienware has a geforce vid card and the Voodoo has an ATI card. Also the Voodoo has the tattoo things and the deeper colors.
But yes, Alienware looks damn nice...its all in the glowing eyes. So I guess it comes down to the vid cards. Which one is better overall? And are they better supported for different games?

Thanks

I personally use a Geforce 5200 and 5200xt.
Pretty good, if I would say.

Well I am not a nerd, by their own descriptions (VooDoo), the Nvidia GO 6800 is the fastest GPU on the market. You will have to go to their $4500 model to get that, HERE (http://www.voodoopc.com/showRoom.aspx?categoryID=2&lineID=2).

I'm thinkin that Alienware is the smokin deal here:D
