What is the advantage of socket LGA 775 and socket 478.

Well, there's a difference between OC'ing the actual vid card and OC'ing the AGP bus. Sometimes people get these two confused. If you OC the AGP bus, from 66MHz to say 70MHz, you put stress on the vid card's AGP interface, which could corrupt data going to/from the vid card and cause a system crash. Meanwhile, if you OC the actual vid chip/RAM, you could also cause a system crash, but this kind of OC'ing will actually give you more performance, too! :D OC'ing the AGP bus does nothing for performance. In order to OC the vid chip/RAM, however, you either need OC'ing software from the vid card manufacturer, or you need a third-pary app like PowerStrip.
LGA775 vs Socket 478? Woah! That's an article in itself! The sockets themselves differ quite a bit, but mostly people want to know about the various P4's that go in them. ;) All CPU's that go into LGA775 are Prescott-based (except for the P4EE's but those are a different story) while Socket 478 supports the Northwoods and the lower-end Prescotts. Also, the chipsets will often differ. Intel's 865/875 chipsets use Socket 478, while the newer 915/925 chipsets use LGA775. There are a few mobo's that cross-breed the chipset & socket combo, but not many. Another implication of the newer LGA775 is the DDR2 support. DDR2 may not be as cheap or popular as DDR yet, but it will be the driving force for the P4 and beyond. Likewise for AMD. While DDR2 support will be much later on the Athlon64, it will definitely come.
How to avoid the question"this hardware is no being testing" when he install the driver? This one I'm not sure about. What exactly is happening here? What device? Need more info for this one.

That message probably refers to WHQL testing on the driver itself. As long as you can install the driver and suffer no ill effects within Windows or games, I say just ignore it.
