My Friends,
tell me if I can connect a PS/2 mouse to a usb port without installing any software.
Also send please, if you have, the schematic diagram of a usb male to ps/2 female adaptor(their pin equations).

PS/2 to USB adaptors are a commercial item. They should be available from any computer shop.

So does 98SE. When it asks where you want to look for the drivers, you choose the option "Windows Update." It then prompts you for your Windows disk (assuming you installed from the CD and not from .cab's on the hard drive).
BTW - the same thing applies to installing a firewire card on 98SE.

Have one purchased at cyberguys that has few hours on it. check their catalog to see if that is what you are looking for.
