Everytime I try to install a program on the CD-Rom, my computer shuts down and restarts itself. It does that everytime I put the CD in. My computer used to do this all the time even without putting a CD-Rom in it but it calmed down and now it's doing it again. I installed a new Motherboard in before this restarting thing happened. Could it be the motherboard making this happen? I can't install anything new on this computer http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/mad.gif

Some specs, would be a little more helpful if you include things like CPU, motherboard, RAM, peripherals.....and power supply.

Roughy how long when you start your PC before it restarts? Is it regular?

U may want to try to run with your mobo out of the casing, away from any metal mountings. If problem persist u may want to take a look into ur PS.
