Hello again...I have a question about memory swapping....If I have a stick of memory(Kingston) from and older P.C. of mine, would I be able to put it in a newer P.C. ...If it fits in the slot its alright? Will I wake up one morning with the blue screen of death?or worse a pc that does not boot up? Thanks for your help!!

It has to match the type that is in your system now.And the type the board will support.go here and follow the directions and it will tell you what you have and if you can use it.
