i have a GA-7IXE4 motherboard and i am having trouble flashing it(i need to flash it for the ASPI fix to hopefully fix my graphics card) i used the @bios writer from gigabytes site to install the F7 update - that went smothly no errors.
i then tried F8 but the writer kepps getting to 94% EVERY time same with the F9.
please help me sort this out as i need my video card working :P (it wont let me install new drivers untill the bios is flashed)
any help would be greatly appreciated.
thank you in advance!

Hi htere New D
I have the same board as you and when I flashed my BIOS (In JAN) I did it online, and had no probs. Are you doing it online or OFF line?

Have you given Gigabyte Tech support a try and see what they have to say about the F8 and F9?

Gigabyte Tech has always been pretty good about getting back with a person.

I didn't think the TNT2 caused that many problems. Is it really compatable with XP?

Luck.
