I updated by bios a while back but then noticed that on boot my processor was being identified as 1050 mhz when it is in fact 1400. So i reverted back to my old bios, but that didn't fix the problem. I havent touched any jumpers. I don't have a clue how to fix this,please help!

CPU Clock Speed in CMOS(BIOS) will need to be re-set
to 133Mhz rather than 100Mhz.

Tap the Delete key on initial boot-up and let it take you
into CMOS. Make adjustment, choose save and exit, and re-
boot.
