I am in need of someone to save me. I am building a computer with the following:
abit sd7-533 motherboard, pent 4. northwood chip, 1 stick of 256mb ddr dram pc2700 by micron, and a rage 128 ultra video card, 4x, 32 MB/
When i first turn it on, the cpu is running, disk drive is on, but i get no picture. instead, just one very long beep after another. i checked all my conections and even took it apart and put it together again. i made sure video card was firmly in, as i read this could be a problem that causes the beeps. i am not to experienced with this and am going crazy right now. If anyone has any idea what to do, PLEASE respond. I would greatly appreciate it. THANKS!!
