Well, i've been doin some looking on AMD's website, and it looks like that the AMD 64's memory controller only supports up to 3200... I just though that they would support at least 4000.

What I find curious, is that the mobos say that they support upto 4400.

Sounds as if the mobo makers are trying to get people to buy higher RAM than the CPU supports...

Because the memory controller is included in CPU, each new CPU may solve this problem and mobos will support the newer CPUs with higher mem speed.
