Hello Ray G and welcome to http://www.pcguide.com/ubb/pcgubb.gif
Antec (http://www.antec.com/InternationalWelcome.php) is one of the higher rated case/PSU suppliers. They can be a bit pricey though. Today’s cases (in my experience) are somewhat generic once you get past the cosmetics. If you are trying to save a few bucks, find something you like the looks of in the price range you want. After that, it’s all kind of the same. PSU’s are another story. You will need something upwards of 450 watts+ (http://www.antec.com/us/pro_powerSupply.html). Check the AMD site to see what PSU’s they recommend for your CPU.

All your other parts look very nice. Should be a great machine ;)
You list DVD-rw and CD-rw but not brands. I don’t have a lot of experience in these but I know that liteon makes a nice product. Wait for further recommendations on those.
Your mobo also supports SATA drives. You might consider those (your list does not mention SATA or IDE).
Well, that’s all I have. Good luck and happy computing ;)

Do you really need both optical drives as rewriters? A DVD writer will also write to CDs.
You may be better off having a "plain" DVD drive for disk to disk copying.
