I have a nvidia 6600 GT and whenever i play games like Half-Life 2 or World of Warcraft the game will flicker and some parts will become green or pixelated. The card says it needs a minimum 450 watt and i only have a 300 so is this the problem or could it be something else?

If that's what the vid card's specs state, then it appears that you need to upgrade your PS.
