My wife's Dimension 4400 took a lightning strike THROUGH a UPS, and the old power supply ended up with a bad circuit according to the techs, however, when I replaced the power supply with a DELL replacement(matching up numbers on the comp), now I get the green light on the motherboard(which it actually had after the lightning strike with the old power suply in-place), but no fan activity, no spins-ups, no nothing. I've disconnected everything, connected to the wall directly, it's on 115V, dis-reconnected tapes to the start switch, replugged the supply, checked the all connectors for proper plug-in/position, I'm runnin' out of tests to perform......HELP!!!!! :(
