View Full Version : My Sound Stutters while surfing the web!!!!

While I listen to music and surf the web, everytime i click to go to a new site the music stutters and Ive tried different media players and it all does the same thing...Anyone know what to do?? :confused: :confused: :confused:

What are your specs? How many apps open at once? What are your resources level at?

You can try many things.

Increase RAM, use a less complex media player, even plug your speakers into the front jack on your cd-rom if it is cd's you are listening to. Cut down on running processes may also help.

My experiences suggest that this kind of thing happens when the CPU cannot cope with the demand.
How good is the performance level of your PC?
I notice that opening or closing a prog/window makes my processor usage jump to 100%.
If I were playing music at that time I'm sure the music would stutter, especially if it was playing a compressed file like MP3, or even more compressed WMA.

Have you tried this while playing a ".wav" file?
