Norton Detected a Trojan Horse on my system and now nothing is working. Can I fix it, or is it done?

What trojan was it and what if any error messages come up when you try to boot?

Usually if you have a known malware (virus, trojan, etc) app and Norton (or some other AV app) finds it you need to go through a fairly specific cleaning routine or run a specialized cleaner....look on Symantec's (http://www.symantec.com/) site for a cleaner for your specific Trojan.
