Hello edmar53

I'm using Diagnostic Charts.

NO POST
[because you did not get even the single beep at POST completion]
A. I'll assume that your PSU [Power Supply Unit]voltages are correct.
[if they're not you PSU may be faulty]
B. Disconnect all peripherals and system adaptor cards except keyboard and monitor:

IF POST DOES NOT RUN
1. Your system board is faulty.

IF POST DOES RUN
1. Re-connect the floppy disk drive and run advanced diagnostics from a floppy disk.
2. If the system board fails the diagnostic tests then it is faulty.

3. If the system board passes the tests:
A. Switch off.
B. Re-connect ONE peripheral/adapter card and see if post will now run.
C. If POST does not run this device is faulty; if it does run test this last device with diagnostics. If it fails the test it is faulty. If it passes the test repeat 3B [assume it's ok]. If you get to the point where all devices are connected and post runs but the system still does not boot, report back to this forum [and Email me].

If all fans also stop running when the LED lights go out, then the power supply module, power cord, surge arrestor, or wall outlet may be faulty.
If the fans continue running, then the motherboard may be bad. But first check that the main power connector to the MB is securely inserted.
