When i turn on my computor, it send me that massage: " I/O error."

I put cd room drive in my computor. When i click on the D:/ drive icon, it gives this massage:" d:/ is not accessible. The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error ." How can i solve that problem?

I merged your two threads because the first thread appeared to be about the same problem as the second... I can tell you that if you want more help, it would be a good idea to post a lot more information in both since we cannot see what is going on with your computer beyond what you tell us...
